Dispatch Timeframe

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of payment. Some orders may be marked as dispatched on weekends but will not be posted until the next working day. Please note that the "Delivery Estimate after Dispatch" below is just an estimate and postal services vary, especially during busy periods.

Shipping Methods

We have 3 different main shipping methods when shipping our orders. Please note that if for some reason the shipping method you have chosen is not available, we will arrange an equivalent or better shipping method at our cost from another courier, such as DPD, UPS, or Evri. All orders are currently sent tracked.

All orders over £100 have free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping available.
